She uses a blend of Deep Tissue, Swedish, integrative clinical massage incorporating CORE Myofascial Therapy (Medical Massage), Neuromuscular Therapy, and Myofascial Release to unwind facial tissue). She has worked with Physical Therapist providing manual therapy treatments for patients. Crystal has also worked on professional athletes, including marathoners, weekend warriors and geriatric / senior population to help successfully improve posture, flexibility and overall wellness. Her focus includes clinical, sport injuries, recovery from joint (hip, knee, shoulder) replacement / injuries, pre/post-op soft tissue work, therapeutic, age management and geriatric / senior massage.
Certified Lypossage Face & Body Contouring Therapist assisting clients' age management and body contouring goals. This modality involves decreasing the appearance of cellulite, wrinkles, fine lines, improving circulation, improving posture and detoxifying the body through the lymphatic system and fascial manipulation.

Licensed Esthetician, certified Threader, Para-Medical / Clinical Oncology Esthetician. Crystal addresses skin issues from a scientific and clinical approach. This new age focus to skincare help to educate clients and assist them in reaching their skincare goals. Skills include age management skin therapies and body treatments, clinical facials for health challenged skins, threading, and Brazilian waxing.

She was voted "Best of Boston" for facials in 2008. Had an article on skincare entitled Pretty and Palatable in Stuff Magazine in November 17-30, 2009 edition. C.Spa-Boston was featured in Allure Magazine, Boston / February 2013.

As a runner, former athlete, and spa enthusiast, Crystal appreciates the value of relaxing from a an intense workout with an excellent massage and skilled facial treatment. She enjoys sharing spa tips with her clients, life experiences, and a good laugh.
